Scheduling, Availability, and Cancellation of Services

We are a small, local, family, and veteran owned/operated business. Our services may become unavailable at unpredictable times. If our services are unable to be performed, any and all clients on a subscription plan with our services will be reimbursed for any services not performed. If a service must be cancelled by Rogue Stripes Auto Care, all prepaid funds will be reimbursed to the client. For any service that requires rescheduling due to scheduling conflicts, Rogue Stripes Auto Care will reach out to the affected client(s) immediately via email or phone. Rogue Stripes Auto Care will withhold 25% of the prepaid amount for services cancelled by the client within the last 24 hours before appointment start time. If the client must reschedule they may do so at no additional cost.

Photopgrahy

Part of our goal is to ensure that all of our clients recieve the best services possible. Part of the way we ensure this is by taking photos of vehicles before and after our services have been performed. These photos may be used on our social media platforms for advertising purposes. In the event your vehicle is posted on our social medias you can rest easy knowing that all sensitive info to include, license plate, vehicle VIN number, address of residence, name(s) of the owner(s), contact info, or any other information given to us will not be included and will be blurred out. No pictures of our clients will be taken, except upon request. Your privacy matters to us!

Maintenance Services

Pricing may vary for maintenance services dependant on many factors. Vehicles that require special tools, expensive resources, special parts, or extensive labor will be billed additional charges. As part of our transparency beliefs we will let you know that all of our prices have been set based on the average American made vehicle. Foreign or luxury brand cars may require special services. Refusal of Service

Rogue Stripes Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service. Service refusal will never be based on race, religion, gender, nationality, political beliefs, or any other protected category. If a service you requested was refused, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you on the specific reasoning behind our decision. Special Vehicles

Special vehicles refers to vehicles or vehicle accesories that are in different categories than personal cars, SUVs, or trucks. This category includes, boats, RVs, Campers, Trailers, Motorcycles, ATVs, "4-Wheelers", Commercial Vans, and Limousines. Pricing for these vehicles will be on a case by case basis and will be based on size, complexity, and location. Vehicle Access

In order for services to be performed you will need to give Rogue Stripes Auto Care technicians access to your vehicle. This includes giving the vehicle keys to the technician. The technician will return the keys to the rightful owner as soon as services have been completed. The technician will hold onto the vehicles keys if the owner is unavailable and will ensure the vehicle is locked before leaving the job site. Rogue Stripes Auto Care will not leave vehicle keys unattended. This means we will hold on to the keys until the rightful owner contacts us to retrieve them. If vehicle keys must be held for extended periods of time Rogue Stripes Auto Care requests that we recieve communication on when the keys will be able to be picked up by the rightful owner. If the rightful owner of the vehicle is unavailable to retrieve the keys after 8pm, Rogue Stripes Auto Care will not be able to return the keys to the owner until the next day.

Weather

Rogue Stripes Auto Care will not perform any services during inclement weather. This is to include: thunderstorms, tornados, hail, snow, heat index exceeding 103 degrees fahrenheit, or any severe watches/warnings. This is for the safety of our team and to ensure that the services being performed are done so with the highest quality in mind.

Service Requirements

As a mobile detailing service, we require certain criteria to be met in order to perform our services. This is due to the fact that we can not reasonably carry enough water or electrical supply to utilize the tools that we use. These criteria include: electrical connection (standard wall outlet), external water connection (the type used to connect a garden hose to your residence), an area that is safe for water to be sprayed, and free space around the vehicle to be able to maneuver around the vehicle as we perform the requested services. Water connection is only required for interior and exterior detailing. Rogue Stripes Auto Care is not liable for any additional utility charges or violations of HOA policy, home owner covenants, or city ordinances. Please review the policies for your home on vehicle maintenance before booking as some locations prohibit vehicle maintenance in the driveway or front yard.

Bolt-on Modifications

Bolt-on modifications refers to modifications that do not require welding or extensive vehicle modification. The bolt-on modification service price is labor only. The client must provide the bolt-on modification kit. If a client knows what bolt-on modification they desire but can not aquire the kit on their own, Rogue Stripes Auto Care can order the kit on the clients behalf. If Rogue Stripes Auto Care is to order the kit, prepayment must be recieved for the kit and labor. For any modification service that is cancelled, the labor fee will be reimbursed and the kit will be delivered to the client. Agreement

By booking services with Rogue Stripes Auto Care. You agree to all of the above stated items as well as the following:

- Allowing access to water and electricity access points on your home or place of residence in order to perform services

- Rogue Stripes Auto Care is not liable for any extra utility costs

- Rogue Stripes Auto Care is not liable for any fees charged by an HOA or Landlord to the client. Please review your lease or home owner covenants for information regarding use of exterior utility access points, driveway usage, and vehicle maintenance.

- Rogue Stripes Auto Care will reimburse 25% of prepaid funds for services cancelled by the client within the last 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you wish to reschedule you may do so for no additional cost, please contact us to reschedule.

- Rogue Stripes Auto Care operates as discretely as possible to bring the best experience to all of our clients. We are not liable for any noise complaints related to the power tools used during our services.
